RETURN POLICY and DAMAGES
- All ISABIS WATCHES cannot be returned for a refund. We only allow exchanges.
- There are no warranties on any jewelry units and Asa Afrique is not responsible for any damages caused to jewelry as a result of user/consumer error.
- All headwear (scarves, turbans, headbands, headwraps, hats) are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- All shoes and bags must be returned within seven (7) business days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for return, shoes and bags must be unworn and free of any marks, tears, and stains. The original tag and packaging must be intact.
- All ankara bags are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- There are no warranties on any of the shoes and bags that we sell.
- All apparel must be returned within fourteen (14) business days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for return, apparel must be unworn and free of tears, stains, and strong/hard to remove odors. The original tag must be attached to the clothing.
SALE ITEMS AND GIFT CARDS CANNOT BE RETURNED.
If you would like to return an item, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and state your name and order # and further instructions will be sent. Please note, original and return shipping fees will not be credited back upon return.
PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RETURN AN ITEM THAT IS INELIGIBLE. You will not receive a refund and the item(s) will not be sent back to you.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within ten (10) business days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
